The renovation of the former convent saw the preservation of the majestic structure of the building's load-bearing walls (deep and insulating), the prayer chapel collection, an ancient original fresco and a precious fireplace protected by the fine arts, with an original 17th century shield.

All these elements* (see footnote) give an indescribable touch of charm and refinement to the former convent which at the same time boasts the comfort conferred by the quality of modern materials which, although they remain intentionally hidden from view, are instead very present in the daily livingness of the object.
